    Barny will lead a discussion on the notion of bridging the gap between a middle class vision of a new local, sustainable food landscape and gastronomy, with the big picture of global food markets, consumer expectations (including in the developing world) and political will.     Daphne Kourkounaki of the Schumacher Institute will be talking to us about 'Open Platform' a career development programme for the sustainablilty sector.     TCW Climate 350 Campaign

    David Saunders will be showing us how zero emissions farming can reduce fossil fuels, restore soils, and provide community renewable energy. This workshop grew out of David's popular talk last month. For those who would like to understand these ideas in more detail this is a must!

    The focus of this 'bitesize' is collaboration between commercial, not-for-profit and public sector organisations. Lycia Harper will facilitate an exploration to discover what motivates organisations to enter into this type of relationship, the opportunities and challenges they face, and how cross-sector collaboration is evolving.
